We want Riffly judged on the product. Every signal you can hold us to publicly is in the changelog, the response time on our support inbox, and the refund policy. None of those depend on a recognizable logo.
The product values follow from that. No automation, no scraping, no scripted sends. Riffly reads the visible profile fields one time when you click the icon, drafts three message variants, and hands them back. You copy and paste into LinkedIn's own composer and click send manually. From LinkedIn's side, what they observe is: a recruiter typed a message and clicked send.
If Riffly works for you, it works because the drafts are better than what you'd write yourself in 30 seconds, and that's the only test that matters. We read every support email. There is no support team to escalate to. Reply directly to support@rifflylabs.commost responses go out the same business day.

No acquisition shopping. Riffly is not being built to flip. The economics work as a profitable independent product, and that's the version of the company we're building toward, not a version that gets sold and then sunset by an acquirer.
If that ever changes (a serious acquisition offer, an outside-investment round), we'll write about it on the changelog before any deal closes.
What happens if Riffly Labs winds down.
30 days notice. Full data export. Offline mode for ~30 days after.
If we shut Riffly down (for any reason, burnout, life event, a better idea, the math stops working), here's what the company commits to:
- 30 days notice via email to every account on record. No silent shutdowns.
- Full data export available immediately from dashboard → Account → Export my data. JSON download of your voice fingerprint, saved pitches, draft history, and account metadata.
- Extension keeps working in offline mode for ~30 days after the API goes dark. Drafts won't generate (they need the API), but your local draft history and saved pitches stay accessible in the popup.
- Pro-rated refunds for every active subscriber. No "use it or lose it" on whatever's left of your month.
This is the deal. It's written here so we can be held to it.
