What happens when I hit my draft cap?
The popup tells you you're at the limit. Free users can share a roast at rifflylabs.com/roast for a one-time +3 bonus, or upgrade to Pro. Pro and Plus users either wait for the calendar reset or upgrade to the next tier.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime, both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep your current tier until then.
Who is the Team plan for?
Team is for power users who need more than 1,500 drafts/month. $129/mo, effectively unlimited drafts (no monthly cap, just LinkedIn's own daily limits), 5× higher caps on saved job specs (25) and tracked searches (50), plus priority support. Built for sourcers, recruiting agencies, and founder-led sales running outreach as a daily core function.
What's the refund policy?
30 days, no questions. Hit reply on the receipt email, we read every one and process refunds the same business day. We don't do retention calls, exit surveys, or any of the friction patterns that other tools use to make leaving feel hard. Full policy at /refunds.
What if the drafts aren't great for my niche?
Reply with one cold message you can't get right, we'll hand-write three free, then tune Riffly's prompts on whatever you say wasn't working. If it still isn't right after that, refund.
Is there a free trial of Pro or Plus?
The free tier doesn't expire, it's 3 drafts a week, forever, no card. That's enough to send to a handful of real candidates and decide whether the replies you're getting back are different. After that, Pro is $19/month and you can cancel from the Stripe portal in your dashboard at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. We don't currently accept ACH, wire, or invoice billing.
Do you charge tax / VAT?
Stripe Tax handles this automatically based on your billing address. EU VAT-registered businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout to avoid being charged VAT.
Where can I see my invoices?
The dashboard's billing section opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can download every invoice, update your card, and cancel.
What's actually different about Plus vs Pro?
Three things: 1,500 drafts/month instead of 200; live fit-scoring against your saved job specs (Active Profile Assist); and a daily email digest of the top candidates from your saved LinkedIn searches. If you scan saved searches more than weekly or have multiple active roles, Plus pays back. If you mostly work one-candidate-at-a-time, Pro is plenty.

Team is for power users who need more than 1,500 drafts/month. The monthly cap goes away (only LinkedIn's own daily limits apply), saved job specs go from 5 to 25, tracked searches go from 10 to 50, and you get priority support. Same drafting engine, same voice fingerprint, just headroom for daily core-function outreach.
