Refunds

Refunds.

No retention call. No exit survey. No "are you sure?" loop. Hit reply on your receipt email, that's the whole policy.

Within 30 days

Full refund, no questions asked. Hit reply on your receipt email and write "refund." That's enough. Replies go out the same business day; the refund hits your card 5-10 business days later (Stripe's timing, not ours).

After 30 days

Prorated refund based on unused days in the current billing period. If you cancel on day 20 of a 30-day cycle, you get a refund for the remaining 10 days. Same email, same response time.

What about Team plans?

Same policy. The 30-day window applies, dated from when the Team subscription started. Prorated refunds after 30 days work the same way.

What about a year-long Pro that I haven't really used?

We don't currently offer annual billing, every subscription is monthly. So this doesn't come up. If we add annual billing in the future, the same proration math will apply.

The promise behind the policy

If Riffly isn't earning its $19/mo (or $39, or $129) for you, neither of us wants you locked in. The friction-engineered cancellation patterns other tools use to make leaving feel hard, those aren't here. Reply to support, get your money back, move on. We'd rather have the goodwill than the marginal MRR.

Refund disputes don't happen often. If they do, we read every one and resolve them in your favor unless something is obviously off.
